Refund Policy

Returns, Exchanges & 15% Restocking Fees

To be eligible for a return, jewelry must be unopened, in its original, tamper-evident packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. We cannot accept any returns or exchanges on jewelry where packages have been opened. (We do not sell used body jewelry, nor do you want to buy used body jewelry.  So, if we can’t guarantee that the jewelry is unworn, we can’t take it back.)

Apparel may be returned in original, unworn condition.

We cannot accept returns for aftercare products.

We charge 15% for returns or exchanges. 

We guarantee our products and are happy to take returns for any item damaged during the shipping process. Except in the case of defective items, shipping and restocking fee costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, less restocking fee, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in the case of damaged or defective items.
